MDB Maintenance Services was founded in 2017 by Jimmy Rosales, who started out as a one-man operation with a vision to provide reliable, high-quality handyman services to commercial clients. Six months later, Jimmy hired Mark Martinez as the company’s first employee, laying the foundation for a culture built on teamwork, trust, and hard work.
Since then, MDB has grown steadily and proudly. Today, our team includes 9 skilled employees, and we continue to expand our capabilities and reach. While we have proudly served many clients, our primary client is ALDI, Inc. grocery stores, where we handle ongoing maintenance and repair needs. We serve the Houston metro area and surrounding communities, and our work has even taken us as far as Oklahoma.
